First Time Visit: Registration

Welcome to Springcreek Church!  We are so excited that you plan to visit with us.  Please complete the following form to pre-register for NextGen ministries (infants-12th Grade).  Please make sure you enter a cell number that will be used to check-in any family member during  services. 

NOTE: Students (6th-12th Grades) meet on Sundays from 6-7:15:pm.  Doors open at 5:00pm; coffee house will be open. This same form will be used for Sunday's registration.
